We thought that was a waste. So we did something different. We built Aptibit Technologies, not as a services company that takes orders, but as a product company that creates technology the world actually needs. Our first bet was AI video intelligence, and that bet became Visylix, a platform that now handles thousands of concurrent streams per node with sub-second live view and real-time AI analytics, with multi-cluster federation designed toward city-scale estates.
What started as an AI research team has evolved into a full-stack technology company building enterprise products used across industries and geographies. But the core DNA hasn't changed: we ship our own products, we obsess over craft, and we refuse to build anything mediocre. Aptibit Technologies was founded in 2024 in Kolkata, India. Since its founding, the company has rapidly grown into one of India's leading AI and software development companies, building enterprise AI products and custom AI/ML solutions for businesses worldwide.
Aptibit Technologies is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. From this base, the company serves clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and Germany.
Two things. We build our own products, principally Visylix, an AI video management platform. And we do custom engineering for clients: web applications, mobile applications, AI and machine learning systems, and cloud work. The product side is what keeps the engineering side honest, because we run in production what we build for others.
Small and deliberately so. Aptibit is a team of under ten people, which is published in our company registration details rather than hidden. In practice that means the people who scope your work are the people who build it, and there is no layer of account management between you and the engineers.
Visylix is Aptibit's product, not a separate company. Aptibit Technologies Private Limited operates it. If you buy Visylix you are contracting with Aptibit, and if you engage Aptibit for custom work you are working with the team that builds Visylix.
Yes. We are based in Kolkata and work with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada and Germany, alongside India. Delivery is remote, with overlap hours agreed at the start rather than assumed.
This is set in the engagement contract rather than left implicit, and we would rather discuss it before you sign than after. For custom client work the normal arrangement is that you own what we build for you. Our own product IP, such as Visylix, stays with us.
We do not do AI document processing, and we will say so rather than take the work and learn on your budget. We also do not resell other vendors' platforms as our own. If your problem is better solved by an existing product than a custom build, we will tell you that, because the alternative is an expensive project that disappoints.
