No. Aptibit Technologies holds no formal security certification today, and we will not imply otherwise. What we provide are the technical controls those frameworks assess: on-premise and air-gapped deployment options, encryption in transit, role-based access control, configurable retention, and full audit logging. Formal certification is on the roadmap, and we will say so plainly until it exists.
Yes. The usual approach is to remove the transfer rather than mitigate it: systems are architected so personal data stays inside your infrastructure, including fully air-gapped deployments where required. Your obligations around lawful basis, access control, retention and breach notification remain yours; our role is to build software that makes meeting them practical.
Wherever the constraint requires. For workloads with data residency or latency requirements, inference runs on your own hardware, on-premise or at the edge, with no call out to a hosted service. Visylix, our video platform, works this way: all 22 AI analytics and the Radha copilot execute locally, which is what makes air-gapped operation possible.
As a policy decision rather than a default. Several jurisdictions treat biometric data as a special category with consent and retention requirements, including Illinois under BIPA and the EU under GDPR Article 9. Where biometrics are not required by the use case, we design around them, because that is usually both the simpler and the safer position.
We operate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act as an Indian company, with a published grievance officer and the complaint route to the Data Protection Board of India on our privacy policy. For systems we build, DPDP obligations sit with you as the data fiduciary; we architect for data residency and provide the access, retention and audit controls that make compliance achievable.
Ownership and handover terms are set in the engagement contract rather than assumed. Where we build on your infrastructure, your data never leaves it. Discuss specifics with us before signing rather than after, and get them written into the agreement.
