What happens if a camera disconnects?

Visylix automatically reconnects to cameras using exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s, 8s, up to a maximum of 30s between attempts). Stream health is continuously monitored with real-time bitrate, FPS, codec, and connection status indicators.

Can cameras push streams to Visylix?

Yes, Visylix supports both pull and push modes. In pull mode, the VMS connects to cameras via RTSP or ONVIF. In push mode, cameras can push streams to Visylix using RTMP or SRT protocols.
