The pipeline localizes plates in challenging conditions including motion blur, low contrast, acute angles, and infrared-only illumination, then segments characters and returns structured results with country, state/region, and full plate string. A vehicle appearance classifier supplements the read, linking each plate to a vehicle type, color, and make estimate.
